For this past mother's day I made some cupcakes for a birthday brunch that one of my girlfriends was having with her family.
I had free reign with these cupcakes so I went with some cute fondant flowers and a delicious vanilla 'buttercream' with green streaks for the swirls.
If you need a great classic chocolate cupcake recipe that makes one dozen cupcakes, this recipe is amazing! It may be vegan, but it is a reliable and tasty chocolate cupcake recipe and no-one will be able to tell that there are no eggs or butter in them!
